We do not use your data for any purpose other than the one it was collected for, unless we ask you first.

2. Cookies

We use functional cookies to make our website work, and analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to understand website usage. Analytical cookies are only placed after you consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website.

3. Who we share data with

We use Google Analytics and Google Workspace as processors, under Google's standard data processing terms. They do not use your data for their own purposes. For how Google itself retains and secures data processed on our behalf, see Google's Privacy Policy. Where this involves a transfer of data outside the EEA, Google provides appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

• Contact form enquiries: up to 12 months after your last contact with us.
• Business relationships (CRM): for the duration of the relationship, plus up to 2 years after the last interaction.
• Job applications: up to 4 weeks after the vacancy is filled or the procedure ends, unless you consent to a longer period.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Financial/administrative correspondence: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
  We delete data once these periods expire, unless we're legally required to keep it longer.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to let you access, correct, delete, or transfer your data, or object to our processing of it. Email [email protected].
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
