Dynniq has been a pioneer in traffic infrastructure since the 1970s: technology so well embedded that millions use it daily without knowing. With GreenFlow, vehicles talk to traffic lights: priority at the intersection for the vehicles that need it most. The technology worked. The next step was making it available as a service and a great service stands or falls with how effortlessly customers get on board.

We started with the people who would use it: hypothesis mapping, customer journeys and a clickable prototype tested with real fleet managers. Then we designed and built the service layer, a management interface for fleet managers, integrated with the Navision ERP, the PrioBroker and a payment provider, on a cloud-agnostic architecture with a full CI/CD pipeline. GDPR compliance built in from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
A complete service engagement layer in around twelve weeks: a public-facing website that explains the proposition, and a management environment where fleet managers arrange their GreenFlow service themselves. Pioneering technology, packaged the way customers expect a modern service to work, with all intellectual property transferred to Dynniq on completion.
